Access Incorporated supports people who have a disability to establish and maintain a home of their own and a place in their local community.
Access offers support on an outreach basis, within the Brisbane Southern Metropolitan area.
The support is offered on a one-to-one basis in the persons own home, as well as in the community.
Access works primarily with NDIS participants utilising their NDIS funding to meet the goals in their individaul plan.

Access Inc offers assistance with self-care activities during the day or evening.
Access Inc supports to enable you to engage in social or recreational activities.
Access Inc helps if you're unable to use public transport because of your disability.
This support is to build your ability to connect with informal, community and funded supports enabling you to get the most out of your plan and achieve your goals.
This support will assist you to build the skills you need to understand, implement and use your plan.
A support coordinator will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.
Access Inc charges for NDIS funded supports according to the Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) prices set and regulated by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) current at the time of service provision.
